Indoctrinated statists, oftentimes, reject and even mock our ideas of individual liberty. We’re either “selfish” for not supporting socialism, or we’re “impractical” for thinking we would be able to build roads without government intervention.
Obviously, the worldview most statists have is due to it being instilled into them from a very early age. Most have never even given a thought to how a free-market-based society would function.. yet they’ll instinctively dismiss it as an impossibility.
As voluntarists, we need to be ready to answer their questions and objections, so we can be more effective in spreading our message of non-aggression and liberty.
In the meantime though, we’ll likely take some ridicule.
